Sean started as a Commercial Agent in 2020 after spending 8 years as a logistics broker. He has a repertoire of diverse transactions in his career from Industrial, retail, residential, land sales, and leasing. Sean was the listing agent on the highest per square foot industrial sale of an existing building in Boone County history at a price of $231 a square foot. He has a passion for tenant placement and helping small businesses find the right locations to afford them the highest output possible. He makes it a point to answer every call, and believes no person or business is too small to take on as a client.
Sean went to the University of Kentucky, majoring in Political Science. He loves volunteering his time for others in the community and has spent 9 years coaching peewee football, flag football, and basketball. He now serves on the development committee at a local school which helps raise funds for physical improvements, new technologies, and teacher specialists.
Sean lives in Burlington with his wife, 3 kids, and dog. He is a die-hard UK fan and loves doing things with his family.
